Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 working days after the placement. Details regarding the delivery of the product would be shared on the email address/phone number, once the order is placed.  Customers would be notified about the expected delivery date, tracking, and product details on the same email/phone. Ensure that you fill correct and full address to have the benefit from seamless and timely product delivery.

Return and Exchange

We do not provide returns. In a situation where you receive a defective or wrong product, please send an opening video over the email to Jennerverse@gmail.com, otherwise, the concern would not be taken into account. As soon as we receive the defective item, we would initiate the refund within 3-4 working days. We gladly accept size exchanges; you must send back your package and state us the size problem, we will address the same and send you the product that fits perfectly.
